We clean common areas of apartment buildings:
1 x per week
- sweeping and cleaning the area in front of the house entrance;
- cleaning and washing elevator cabins and elevator doors;
- sweeping and washing floor coverings;
- washing the entrance door;
- washing the handrails.
1 x per month
- washing mailboxes;
- washing switches, hydrant box, outdoor tables;
- washing the railing structure;
- sweeping away the cobwebs;
- washing plinths.
2 x for the year
- washing lights;
- washing windows.
Price list
The price depends on the number of floors and apartments, degree of pollution, the size of the object, the means used and the method of cleaning and the like. We will prepare a price proposal for each order.
Sample: regular cleaning of one floor and stairs 80 - 150 CZK.
